i believe joko's domain has the highest enemy count (around 400 iirc) and several bosses.

I dunno since the update, but I would think that the remains of sahlaja farm is still the best. I think its something like 5k points an hr.

My personal favorite is Holdings of Chokhin.

Work your way in a counter-clockwise manner and be careful, in the southeast corner is the elementalist plant boss Setikor Fireflower who can hit 400+ damage with Lightning Surge in hard mode. Melee units should keep in mind that the Enchanted Brambles are capable of layering devastating conditions very rapidly. It is advised to take some sort of counter for blind and cripple, such as Assassin's Remedy. Head through the canyon to the west and go in another counter-clockwise circle. Make sure you get the monk boss Banor Greenbranch, just northwest of the resurrection shrine. This run takes about 10 minutes and yields around 840 points per run, which is approximately 5040 points/hour.

Next, go west past the wurm spoor for another group (5), which should put you over the bonus limit of 25 undead creatures killed. Turn back and head south onto the plateau to take on vahlen the silent and his group (6). There is a final group of awakened at (7), but the time required to reach and kill them will decrease the efficiency of this run. This run will net you around 576 points and takes about 6 minutes, which is approximately 5760 points/hour.

I read this yesterday and tried this place out. I really liked it. It was fast and easy. I went from 38K to 46K in a about and hour or so. I well do a few more of these runs this weekend and finish maxing my Sunspear title.
It sucks that out of all the times I killed the 2 bosses I never once got their green to drop.
